Day 4: shoulder stretch

Shoulder Stretch:  Stand tall as well as relaxed with your feet shoulder width apart. prolong left arm as well as bring it towards your right shoulder. put Camiseta AS Roma your right arm beneath left as well as carefully bring it in towards your body. Breathe. Hold for 15-30 seconds.
