Hi! I made a delicious pomegranate smoothie today after my run and want to share the recipe. It was messy because I am messy, but completely incredible and hit the spot. I’m very into pomegranate seeds best now.
But first let me share this incredible photo from my run. It’s so beautiful here today. I love it and never take it granted. I had to cut it short because I have a lot of work today for my Camiseta Selección de fútbol de México health coaching certification. There’s a big test up tomorrow.

I am very thrilled about my Advocare delivery (even though vegas isn’t). Pomegranate protein Smoothie
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) pomegranate arils
ice
Blend. pour into a serving glass and top with extra arils. Enjoy!
